Virtual Training (バーチャルトレーニング, Bācharu Torēningu^?) is a gameplay element in Sonic Battle. It is only accessible in Emerl's story when he goes to Tails' Lab.

Description

Virtual Training involves Emerl fighting different characters in the game and competing to get to the last round. The number of times a foe must be defeated increases with each passing round. Once Emerl beats the final round, he is rewarded with a rare Card, sometimes one of Emerl's Ultimate Skills. Once the card is obtained, Virtual Training ends.

• This is the only time where the player can access the Colosseum in story mode.
