Surff is in love with Princess Bubbles but her father does not like this Surfer style guy until he appears (with Sonic's Help) to save the city of Labyrinth.
Appearance
Surff is a green skinned merman with a purple tail that has yellow trim. He has orange hair and freckles.
Trivia
- Surff's Latin Spanish voice actor, Mario Castañeda, will later be the voice of Dr. Robotnik in the Sonic the Hedgehog film series.
