Augustine is a character that appears in the Sonic Underground television series. He is the father of Ledian and the rightful emperor of a Rome-like dimension.
Appearance
Augustine is a large, anthropomorphic dog with brown eyes, grey-white fur, and a large brown mustache. His wardrobe consists of a stylized blue robe with golden patterns and trimmings.[1]
History
TV series
Season one
Upon Emperor Sleetus taking over his kingdom, Augustine was imprisoned in a tower until the Sonic Underground and Ledian came and rescued him. Soon after, he took back his role as king, with the citizens cheering for his return.[1]
Trivia
- An unnamed mobian with a design almost identical to Augustine can be seen in "Haircraft in Space", although it is unknown if said mobian is a counterpart of Augustine, or a completely different character.
